If the kind of information that you want to keep track of is not included, don't worry, just use the freeform
Text Note type.

Persons
A Person node is as the name suggests, a node that represents a person.
A person node just holds some basic info about a person like the name, birthday,....
But this is really not a problem as you can add whatever to a person: phones,projects, text, websites...

General Text items
You can add extra information in the form of styled text to any kind of item you want.
The build in html editor allows you to copy data from excel, word, web pages,...
Addresses
In the screenshot you can see the true power of BrainStreamer.
It has an example of an Address node, which is linked to both my company and me. No need to enter the same data twice.
Goals
Because I keep everything in BrainStreamer, I also include my Goals. These Goals are extremely important to me because they keep
me focussed on what I want to achieve. Everybody should think and keep track of there Goals.
As you can see in the screenshot, you can again link whatever you like to your goals.

It's so easy to keep your goals in BrainStreamer.
Projects and Tasks
BrainStreamer is the best way to keep track of all information related to your Tasks and Projects.
In BrainStreamer, a Project is a Task and a Task is a Project.
It just depends on how you link them together.
For every project you can specify the following basic information:
- The name of the project or task
- The priority
- The estimated duration:
This can be specified by you, or you can tell BrainStreamer to calculate the estimate using the estimates of your sub projects - Percent complete
- Expected start and end date
- And some extra information
Companies
Keep track of the companies you deal with, your own company, suppliers or customers.
And again, add all the information you want.
Folders
Use folders to group related items.
Phone,mobile,fax
You can add as many phone,fax numbers to as many items as you want.
Internet information
You can add as many website links or e-mail addresses as you want.
